FTN Retraction rights?

Quick question for the board; do FTN shareholders have retraction rights every year? Or just on the term expiration date(every 5 years)? FFN is being renewed on Dec 1st this year but FTN doesn't renew until next year- if extended that is, though it almost certainly will be.

FTN has annual retraction right but only in the form of a concurrent retraction which means the capital and pref shares have to be retracted together as a unit. This obviously is not as attractive as the retraction accompanying the expiration date.

Perfect, exactly what I needed to know. Really wish these funds would explain details like this more clearly, but thankfully we have knowledgeable people like you on this board to help clarifying things, thanks
