This week

Futura's 3rd Quarter results are due this week. Maybe tomorrow. 

 

The managment discussion paper could provide some more information about the current state of the company and any progress being made.

Neighbour here asked what's the point waiting for 3rd Q results when Futura is under creditor protection, and maybe already in the process of winding down. Without information on how things are going, I had no answer.   The tougher question would have been what factors caused this in the first place.  Focusing only on Aeroplan reselling  ...more

Lack of sales success does not equate to an unwilling market or even lack of market appetite for the solution at hand.   There are a host of reasons that things could have progressed poorly -- not the least of which is that the people who can build the solution are rarely the ones who have insight into the business processes of potential customers or how to get their product into both ...more

I wonder where the 3rd Quarter results are. Last year they came out on November 26th. I hope they paid their accountants. We could speculate to no end what will happen Dec 10th, the deadline to make a choice. Regarding the severance package fro Mark Farrell, it was $242,916 not $355,000. So $112,000 was severance for someone else I assume. Mark's severance was made up of $129,289 in cash and ...more
