Repricing of small/mid caps (FSM)

Crunching the numbers and have come to the conclusion that a re-pricing of FSM (price target) is on the horizon. This is assuming there are no major problems with the company or price of gold tanks.

Calculating full year earnings of .75 usd. Taking into account a reasonal multiple of 15x earnings.S&P is 21x. 

$11-$12 usd ?????  Where am I wrong???
