Let me share a little personal story with you...
I'm 65 and retired. I've been doing this for 40 years. I was a stockbroker for a number of those years and privy to a whole lot of inside stuff you wouldn't believe. EVERYONE in this game is a crook. You ALWAYS start with that premise. ALWAYS. Everyone talks their book, everyone lies like Trump, everyone is out for themselves and no one is honest or completely transparent. The first words out of every brokers mouth when pitched with a new product to slog on retail was "What's the YTB?" YTB stands for "yield to broker" They didn't care what it was so long as it paid the broker the most. I knew fund managers, mutual fund bosses, insiders, traders, dealers and salesmen...TRUST ME...they are ALL salesmen first. "Always be selling".....It's the most vile disugusting crooked business on earth..I know because I was there. Same goes for management especially when they are in trouble. They all lie. Guard your capital! Think risk first and reward last...Always! And trust NO ONE!

With all due respect metalhead, with your age shouldn't you be in church and praying instead of still hustling?

So you're not a geologist, hydrologist, or mining engineer. You're an admitted liar as noted in the biography you so willingly shared. Excuse me for not believing anything you write about Excelsior.

The guy posts more on this board than any other and he doesn't have a stake here. He confuses "not working" with broken. In all my years on these boards he ranks right up there with the most annoying. lol
