On May 10, senior vice-president and chief operating officer Omar Saif sold 22,678 shares at a price per share of $21.92, after which this particular account held 14,723 shares. Proceeds from the sale totaled over $497,000, excluding commission charges.

Thought the stock price would have down close to the subscription price today, but surprised at the strength into the close. Maybe next week when the subscription issue closes. Acquisition looks like a solid deal albeit GEI will be taking on some debt in addition to the new subscription funds.

I think it sold out already, as I saw it this am but later on when I wanted to buy it was gone. Isn't it only for a specific amount?
