The links aren't working and I don't know why.  You can read the item posted on ceo.ca by sandblaster1980 - the main point is that there is a very significant timing advantage from buying the mill - much more than I had realized.

Thanks Specific and everyone. I liked it when Jamie said they are hoping to have binding agreements to the $400M in financing by the 4th quarter this year, and this would be pending ready for the permit approval.
