With 20 minutes to the close there has only been 26,800 shares trade on all the Canadian exchanges today. People realize GENM is going to be a producing mine and - wisely - are hanging on to their shares.

I wanted to buy 50000 on Friday but with volume that low, I would have forced up the price too much.  The only way you are going to buy large chunks of GENM right now is by accepting that you are going to have to pay a higher price.   With no news, that will probably not happen; however, with the issue of a permit, we may see investors jumping in at a new level because of the

In addition, Oilsyd I expect the process to expand beyond 13 years should begin (or hopefully will begin) at the same time as construction. No time to waste.

I was hoping to get 35,000 on Friday and of course I wasn't able to do it. There are usually a few shares posted for sale on the smaller exchanges that don't show. I have found I can usually get 5 or ten thousand if I put a bid in between the bid and ask showing on the TSX when there is a 2 cent spread but it's definitely scrounging to get stock right now.
