Spin off is a great idea

I like it, not that my 25k shares will pull much weight but I'll definitely be voted in favor. The success of spin offs are almost absolute, something like every 12 in 20 spin offs create monstrous value for both companies and 18 in 20 at least 1 company comes out on top.

I use to know a guy that only hunted for spin offs and is now sitting in Costa Rica somewhere living a glorious life while I'm here renting a 1 bedroom apartment in the slums holding onto this dog lmao.

The shares in the spin off of kap paper will be worthless. the spin off is just to make the lumber assets look more appealing. no one wants kap paper

I love the idea, kap paper has potential to be a great money printer once the visionary transition is complete! You don't secure 26 million financing with a "worthless" company. The new lumber focused company that was already setting production records while even in the process of upgrading the facilities is truly incredible as well. What a glorious day indeed.

GFP said it, that it and KAP re inter-dependent. It's a life-line for both companies. It will be interesting to know the terms of that loan agreement (regarding GFP commitments, if any, and the actual terms of what is the term loan, e.g. covenants, drawdown rights, stand-by fees, etc.,), Also, who the 'third-party' lender is.

I agree, the terms of the loan need to be made public which would allow us to properly determine debt. With that said, I wouldn't be surprised to see a quick rally back to .80 and onward.

Stockturd, why would the CFO resign when the company is on the verge of making a tremendous turnaround?
