Wishing all the shareholders here a very Merry Christmas and the very best of wishes for 2023. Personally, I am really looking forward to this coming AGM where I believe the Board and Managment will attempt to increase our dividend, it might be a two step dividend increase during the year but I'm certain that they will do their darndest to make it happen as soon as it is wise to do so. Hope Malx1 and the rest of you keep posting and keeping us focused and I truly value those posts.

Have to agree with Bridge.    Slow and gradual ramp up of dividend is the prudent path.    Maybe increase by $0.03 spread over next three years.      Today's Priorities: 1.    Max out NCIB until SP is $12+ 2.    Reach debt target 3.    When 1 & 2 have been achieved, then it's time to hike dividend gradually
