"Our valuation of NanoXplore now contains two parts: the NanoXplore base graphene business and the VoltaXplore EV battery business. Our graphene business valuation remains unchanged based on four (4) 4000-tpa graphene production plants running for the entire FY24. Our margin assumption remains US$7.00/kg. Using a 20x EV/EBITA multiple and 5% discount rate (both unchanged), our graphene ...more

Part #1 A Response to Paradigm Capital's suggestions.  Do you know what that Paradigm Capital commentary regrading NanoXplore' didn't address or even make reference to? ANSWER: That which represents "The sword of Damocles" for the non-insider NanoXplore 'minority share holder', i.e. the very $500M shelf prospectus. We note that some mere reference to some ...more

Part #2 of "A Response to Paradigm Capital's suggestions."  What's more, the very prospect of having it be "a no go" instead of "a go", as pertains to the requisite "consent" which must be attained from existing VoltaXplore and would be NanoXplore partners, share holders, customers etc., represents yet another potentially quite negatively ...more

Correct me if I am wrong 1student, but if the capital raise, when it comes, is additive to the company (ie. 3 $20M modules and 1 2Gw battery plant) wouldn't the net effect be 0, while the potential earnings capabilities multiply? Or is your concern that the prospective income from those additions is built into the future share price estimation at the current dilution?

I wondered about this when considering LAC. I thought the need to raise 500M to actual build the mine in the US would effect the share price. Instead, the price has gone through the roof, regardless, making the capital raise that much easier and less dilutive. Wouldn't a similar phenomenon occur with GRA, once the battery tech proves out and new applications in plastics and cement are green ...more

Regarding LAC Simply, that was then; this is now. I will say that should the intent be to drive the share price much mich higher from here, so as to create a serious 'market wide buzz', in order to undertake the $500 M dilutive financing; yes. there is a chance that at this specific time, i.e. prior to the last week of February, the net effect on GRA's share price could be 'primed ...more

Please excuse the spelling errors with my posts; it's obviously early morning and I kind of ripped through my responses to you antlercarver. Never the less, I expect you pretty much understood what I am intending to convey with respect to requisite derisking, windows of opportunity and the requisite priming, with 'stellar news' from the Quebec and Federal government representatives, of ...more

Hello antlercarver. I should want to answer you question with a question of my own, i.e. where do you see the risks and how would you go about 'derisking' what is posied to have a net initial negative effect om GRA's share price going forward. Keep in mind that it doesn' so much matter what forward 'earnings projections' would be propoosed as being and whether you would ...more

"As I previously stated, Mr. Soroush Nazarpour and the other "insiders' would certainly be in some way entirely compensated for any and all  experienced dilution to their respective NanoXplore share positions, in the event of anywhere upward to $500M worth of GRA shares being issued, whether senior class A or B or otherwise. "1Student. I suggest that your comments that ...more

Off-the-Record : The VoltaXplore 2 GW Battery Plant Requires US$350M. Mostly financed by Investissement Quebec and Martinrea International. Not be much dilution for GRA shareholders but great upside for share value.
