Dividends are only 40% of net income.

Eps of 7 cents , 3 cents dividends..
Given the oil downtrend during this period ..
Overall it was a good report ..
EPS of 7 cents on quarter basis and stock trading at this level ..

Dividends are not even half of earnings , with WTI or CWS starts to move higher next quarter income shoukd be 9-11 EPS given ..
