How TF do we vote?

Did anybody figure out? Where do you get Proxy Control number that is to be entered on Odyssey website to vote? Anyone? Anybody? If you figured it out can you please share?

Just accept that you're going to get $0.607 per share for 50% of your share and 0.3035 of lotus Creek for the other 50 %. Or sell your shares.

"Where do you get Proxy Control number that is to be entered on Odyssey website to vote?" ???  I do not know.  I received my proxy material by mail (as usual) from my broker (about 200 pages). All I can suggest is to contact your broker by telephone and insiist they send you the material you are entitled to. Keep in mind the proxy (vote) must be received by January 30th

I finally received the Control Numbers via  email  for 2 acounts Voted No for both sets of shares Waiting for the 3rd. Call your broker and ask them to contact Corporate Actions Dept. Tell them about the deadline. In my case they sent a 16 digit control number. via e-mail I then went to Proxyvote.com and enetered that number. The Yes/No options to accept or reject the deal then

Voted NO this morning using the proxy numbers received by Email. I contacted my broker and he has entered my choice among the 3 options, choice A, all cash. In order to validate the choice, he had to lock my shares. I can't no longer sell them. It would be so cynical if Gear administrators and insiders would pick choice A. Of course it would show they do not want the Newco shares they are
