Not happy about management's desire to buy us out
We shareholders are supposed to rejoice about mgmt's offer to buy us out at $18.70, about 40% premium to recent trading range. Yes, well, $18.70 is also about a 40% discount to where HNZ traded about 5 years ago. I dare say that if they reinstated the dividend instead, we could probably do very well with this stock in the long term. But no, management wants to take us out at a very modest price. Irrespective of price history, 18.70 seems pretty modest. Heck no, I'll vote no. Not happy.
