Any thoughts on...

How long till they raise the div back to pre-covid levels...if ever? I know it was at .054/share monthly before.

I expect them to issue special dividends in the best performing quarters this year rather than committing to raise the regular monthly dividend. That would be the cautios approach until all the market noise etc. calms down.
