Short Term Pressure on TLT hitting HPYT...
Bunch of traders, but long term TLT is in a long term uptrend and HPYT will follow.
The important thing is that we are entering a monetary easing cycle globally.
Central banks will be focussing their attention more on employment than high inflation as no country wants to be in a recession. Evidenced by China's move today.

For people like me who use charts as one feature of making buying decisions HPYT has been making higher highs since May and showing an overall tendancy to make higher lows . The chart would indicate that we are now in buying territory and that the next upward thrust would see $11.60 or higher.

My very first thought A.G. on your post is that $10.92 will turn out to be an excellent price for you.
