Let's assume that a current yield of 17+% is simply unsustainable. What HAS to break here? Monthly distributions lowered? Stock price continues to erode?  ... OR ... is a 0.15 monthly

The base returned 4.5% so how come they can get an extra 10% with the cover calls .... I do have cover call now but premium is maybe 5% so why they can keep this extra premium ....

Watching the CEO on YouTube I come away thinking the divi is safe Can the price go lower? Possibly, 10 year bond yield keeps toying with 4.5% ...... it was 3.85% a few weeks ago

TLTL popping this morning with 30 yr bond rates dropping like a rock.  Looks like sentiment is turning towards continued monetary easing.  HPYT should benefit from this.

Thing is, Trump isn't going to win the election.  So much rhetoric out there. The FED will be cutting rates, just like the rest of the world. A high US dollar is not good for the economy
