Psychologically  seeing this a double digit reit instead of $9.xx is very important.   I feel a lot better with hit around $11

If you rolled all your HR into PMZ at time of split, the different of 100k you had invested would be +50k in profits.   this aint no joke

I'm curious what you meant by your post? I clearly don't agree with Gary's trashing of HR management who I believe have been effective and disciplined in a challenging market.

Crazy story

My RRSP had a lot of HR so at $11.50 I was like let me even it out and sell some to buy PRV.UN about 18k. I bought PRV.UN at $5.72 and its higher now. HR is now $10.02. What a brilliant trade.  ...more
