ARTIS?

Artis REIT is not far behind this in AFFO.   They are moving to 50% industrial and 50%+ in the US.  What is making people buy HR versus Artis?

CEO I like how you have become so bullish on HR, I was getting bullish on them quite a while back and started adding shares and was trading it over last summer. I am right now holding a lot of shares of this hopefully going forward in the coming months they can get at or close to Nav...... I think they need to announce buy backs the shares are just way too cheap right now, and with them keeping ...more

HR is only attractive because it has been performing the WORST- still down more % off 52 week highs then any other name. That and RIVER LANDING is a gem. If HR gapped up to $15-16 tomorrow I make take some $ off for other names.
