There is likely going to be a large volume of buyers AFTER December. This phantom distribution is a tax bill. January buyers are free to buy only HR and not PMZ to get the most desired assets, without the tax bill. Either way, price is about to go up. It's very likely to see a melt up before year end as the current price does not make sense post spin off.

I do not understand your comment about the price. Of course the HR.un price will drop. It is 100% sure. But. The nano second that the price drops we get 0.25 shares in PMX. PMX will have a fabulous balance sheet, blessed with low debt. The assets are fabulous and are hobbled only with covid lockdowns 5 million immigrants by 2033 will fuel an era of booming demand. The challenge I have (and may be shared by many others) is that the 25% holding I will end up in Primaris won't be large enough to be worth keeping, unless I buy more. I don't want to buy more, and therefore I will be selling once the dust has settled.  I may, or may not, by some HR with the proceeds.
