Reduced Distribution

The new distribution is $0.0433.month. I expected a cut as PMZ.UN is also paying a distribution. Just whsh they had announced the new distributions at the time of the spin-off so we would have the full information. Adding the HR.UN and PMZ.un distributions together, we are slightly ahead compared to the pre spinoff rate.

They said in the spin-off announcement "H&R is anticipated to distribute $0.52 per annum" You are right, it is a slight reduction for HR.UN alone and a slight increase when you add HR.UN and PMZ.UN together.  To get the 4.3% distribution raise mentioned in the spin-off announcement, you have to continue to hold both.
