NAV $17.  Their "plan" seems to be not working all so much. No more BOW.  No more MALLS.  Market showing the are NOT CONFIDENT IN HR

Q4 / 2021 year end Latest financials is $17.70, Almost $18.00. Plus NCIB Buybacks, plus retained FFO, plus gains on Q1 asset sales since then.

Hi guys,   On the weakness with H&R, I've opened up a pretty large position and am happy to let management work at buying back the shares at a large discount and hoping they can continue the buyback after this one runs out.  I have NAV coming in around $17.75 or so for Q1 and I think the markets have over-reacted to the rise in interest rates coming.  Management here ...more
