HR has higher NAV (supposedly), and somewhat similar debt/dividend.

Trading was pretty heavy today.  Not sure why share price lagged the other REIT's like Riocan as all REIT's will be impacted by the increase in interest rates.  For now, just putting it down as noise. Artis is not the same at all though so I don't know if it's fair to compare - Artis is acting more like a real estate hedge fund, not a regular REIT.    When I ...more

I dont see why AX are not comparable (similar NAV, debt, and dividend).  Obviously every reit has different type of properties and tenants, from a balance sheet perspective, they are same

Only one has a 17-year call option with a carrying value lower than the intrinsic value of the option. Just saying.
