Let's say their NAV comes in an impressive $20 with write-ups and NCIB.  And due to this nasty REIT route we go to $11.xx.   Trading at almost half off during a NON-PANDEMIC and normal operating times is nothing short of INSANITY.

I wouldnt say normal operating times... we are one negative GDP print away from officially entering a recession and have just began the process of tightening liquidity. As I mentioned before, I hope the strong fundamentals here protect against the down side. Nowhere to hide - equities getting crushed, bonds getting crushed, cash getting inflated. It's not like we haven't seen a recession or interest rate hikes before.  Its all cyclical.
