Our make-up in 3 or 4 years

We are aiming for zero percent Offices and zero percent Retail.
We may still have remnants but all on their way out.

Glancing at literature we may get to:

80% multi-res -mostly in the USA but with a growing Canadian presence
20% (maybe 25%) Industrial - mostly in Canada with a growing USA presence

We will then trade at 5% to 15% over NAV

The biggest risk I can see in getting to there over the next few years is the rezoning of the existing office spaces.  Not too worried about selling the retail/office spaces over the next few years, the properties are relatively vanilla compared to the Bow.  Toronto is infamous for their rigid zoning rules and it can take years to work this out.  I'm looking at the application ...more
