From Oct-Jan I think REITS will explode to upside. Especially for HR and AX that are entering new phases of their plan

A lot of "experts" think treasuries and quality fixed income will rally as rates go into "restrictive" territory. Remember the market is 6 months ahead of what is ACTUALLY unfolding now
