Canadian REIT sector

You have to go back to late 2016 to find Canadian REITS priced where they are today (with the execption of the first 8 months of the pandemic before a vaccine was available of course).  Virtually 5 year lows while NAV on the books has likely increased substantially in 5 years.

Could simply interest rates in the 3.xx% send these back to PANDEMIC levels? That would be pretty insane.   My bet is theres a lot more upside in the next 6 months than downside

There are so many variables affecting real estate prices in the short term, it is really a mug's game.  But if we look out 10 years, things are more predictable ... and I forecast heady times for Canadian REITs.
