Great Day

Hope you all took the opportunity to add more here. More importantly, hope you all have more dry powder ready to buy lower and manage liquidity. Tomorrow should be interesting - I think 75 bps and green - but, if Powell drops 100 bps on us, all hell will break loose.

I am a longterm holder of this stock but with the B of C rate headed towards mmore than 6% and persistently high inflation, I do not think REITs are anywhere near bottom yet. I will add, but I am still waiting to deploy the dry powder.

agreed on everything expect buying a financial instrument with anything longer than a 1 year duration. if you're buying long duration fixed income (GICs)  you have negative IQ.
