Cpi will rise on Jan 16th

If inflation remains unchanged from November levels, then year over year inflation will reach 3.7% when Canada reports on the 16th. If it rises above November levels, then expect inflation to grow beyond 3.7% from the current 3.1% level. If CPI increases at the same month over month rate as the United States, then Cpi will reach 4%.
