Taht were never liked like HR reit for the past decade.   Lots of other reits seem to have been more predictable with their trading ranges and performances   Cheapeast AFFO

Yesterday it seemed like $10 had a battle and we bounced now getting taking to the back and punched again rebought my shares from $10.70 down to $9.91 today....falling knife HR REIT!

Im not good at analyzing results  but I fully figured the market was expecting HR AFFO to go from 0.25 to 0.20 in next few quarters (for whatever reason) given the heavily discounted multiple it

Not sure how rational   it is for people to be bailing on a 60% payout ratio reit with a  6% dividend but thats me.  is it tax loss selling?  Cheaper multiple than BTB.UN reit

Some big boys started a nic short position at $11.50ish they just reversed the trend and it looks like an easy short in hindsight
