Prob good to stay clear of REITS
Taht were never liked like HR reit for the past decade. Lots of other reits seem to have been more predictable with their trading ranges and performances Cheapeast AFFO

And 0.242/q affo = 0 0.97 annual / $9.60 = 10.1% cash flow Wall street is ruthelss when it comes to shorting REITS that are not liked. absolutely RUTHELESS

Pretty sure
Some big boys started a nic short position at $11.50ish they just reversed the trend and it looks like an easy short in hindsight
