Gonna be a ton more with ECHO sale and their transformation plan.   Makes sense to get out at $11.50.  I do own it in both RRSP and non but majority is in NON on margin

The majority of my holdings are in RRSP and TFSA, I want cash flow... In my personal account I have shorter investment term horizons and am willing to pay taxes because I am making money. The special distribution makes H&R financially stronger (passing the tax obligation to the unit holders) to continue with the cash flow payments and at some point increase the monthly distribution.
