The time to buy is on the other side of the ex date for the special distribution imho.

buy for 9.30+0.60=$9.90 (was down to $9.16 last week) already half way to recovering special... Do you think the price will make it there in four months? Risk/Reward... Special Dividend can be recovered when Mr Market adjusts closer to the fair market value.. And you get paid to wait.... My POV... Good luck...
