Time to start nibbling.With oil starting to edge back into the $40's it is time to start building a position and with only one annual rollover of contracts in June you are spared the contango that does monthly damage to the USO. Unlike the futures contracts that expire, once you have established a position here you can hold and wait until crude recovers.
