I’m expecting to Draghi to do nothing. Is he going to make interest rates to be more negative? He’s an Italian and may take the blame for Italy. A pending Italian bank default hasn’t made the headlines (yet). The majority of Italian and European banks will be reporting earnings late July/early August. I expect to pokemon stock exchange to crash after Kuroda disappointed hopes of helicopter money.. that should add some sell off tomorrow and next week in global markets.. Draghi did the right thing, next week Yellen and then Kuroda again.. VIX is up today nicely.. things will get worse in Turkey and France politically.. OIL sub $45 it is about time 25PE TSX to see 10% correction again.. CB

I think you will do better on a negative interest rate GIC that most would do with HVU.

Historically, HVU & his brother HVI gave me 3250 $... My position in HVU aren't closed, this situation is clearly not normal(Can say, not hvu's fault (AND HE HAVE SOME FAULTSSSSS ! ) ). I personally think i'm not going to get deprimed like you until dec 31... Ho the GIC will not be on a negative interest rate but arround 0.60 %... I would like to buy gold but i can't buy
