I hope I'm wrong here but I see stagnation here.
The whole situation , while it's resolvable , has the potential to be a real quagmire. so many ifs.
When VN Capital gets a meeting , I'm wondering if they can achieve anything? avalonshark (you've been in touch )  do they have a plan? besides getting rid of the chairman. Presumably Binnion and the rest of the board have the support of Cyrus ; if so achieving board renewal will be extremely hard to do .
Is their goal to embarass Cyrus into either purchasing the company or divesting their control position? Or just to restore to old unquestioned business status?

The goal is very simple to force Binnion and the board to change course. Binnion has his own money invested here as well. A quagmire impacts him as much as it impacts us. What is the chances of him actually being ousted? Between Cyrus and the other insiders they own 50%, which means there's very little chance of minority shareholders winning the vote. Assuming the next step would be a lawsuit, how would that work? If there is a lawsuit I would assume that could risk a large amount of the value here between legal fees and management not being focused on PNG

The present situation reminds me of the 1983 movie war games where a supercomputer plays out a nuclear war scenario between the Soviet Inion and the USA. I think it will be difficult for the current management and BoD to regain shareholder trust, even if they abandon the reorg plans. They have seriously damaged whatever whatever credibility they had with this half-baked plan and extremely poor communication. Interested to hear the conference call next week - hopefully some tough questions being asked to make them uncomfortable.
