There is the High Arctic we know and love. Down 5% in early trading. Maybe fire up the NCIB?

NCIB is part of the return of capital to shareholders in many companies so how do they square that with the rest of the "plan"?

Well the funds saved from cancelling the $0.005 monthly divvy could be used for NCIB.

You're right. With, apparently 51MM shares outstanding FD (including the recent exercise by two officers), they should be able to buy up a few million shares without worrying that Cyrus will hold over 50%.  I wouldn't expect it if I were you though. They'll probably blame VN Capital for not buying back any stock via NCIB. lol Frankly, they should try to buy back a large portion ...more
