It is public info that woodcote has put its peavine land up for sale.Not sure if that includes nipisi and utikima acerage.TVE in recent talk with Sohaib Abbas has said they did not bite as debt reduction is job one.Peavine produces about 4000bpd.If hwx is in the running i think we buy it if the price is right or if they know somthing about the land the others dont.As you know we passed on southern clearwater,cve land was better and we were underbidders for deltastream.Dont know who else would be interested,maybe a private or rby.Time will tell.

Thanks Benny.  Would love to see HWX go for it but mgmt seems more disposed to keeping HWX debt free.   I can't blame them with the threat of higher interest rates from the US and a possible recession as well.   I am fine either way because I have a lot of respect for Neil and his team.  They are doing a great job with HWX so far despite my grumblings about the swings in

I get it.For me being in the energy market is like being in the hospital after a car accident.You know if you stick to the doctors plan eventually the pain will get better and you can get to go home.But in the moment it really sucks.On hwx remember we took out a 100 million line of credit with no clues from the company as to what it was for.Neil doesnt do that for fun as that credit line has a

Great info as usual,  Benny.  Like what I'm hearing.   Maybe muted as far as stock price but not what's going on in the boardroom.   At the end of the day,  those plans and decisions are what makes a company a success.  Eventually the market will recognize it and shareholders get rewarded.   We can't control all the manipulation going on in the oil
