If Chapters closes, all that's left to visit with my kids in a mall is the Disney store. Can anyone comment on this business? My wife says she can't fathom it going out of business. Is the debt that big of a problem?

The balance sheet is strong with plenty of cash (net cash approximately in the range 80-220 MCAD depending on season) and no bank debt. In addition to net cash Indigo can, if they need, borrow 25 MCAD from the majority shareholder (Billionaire Mr. Schwartz) however there is no need for that. If all stores are closed due to lockdown for very very long tume the lease obligations would be a problem ...more
