seems like the 2.10 will be a floor for the final price... I think it will go through unless a better offer comes up, which I think is quite possible. I usually sell and move on when there is an offer, but will hold and see what happens... this buying indicates it won't go for 2.10 without some others taking a look. good luck

Based on Pollard's stock price since the announcement of the offer, Pollard would be hard pressed to walk away from the deal. Based on Pollard's total gains in market cap, IGG has a lot more negotiation room. This will close higher than 2.10.

thanks I never thought to look... the deal reallyi woke them up... from $8 to 10... huge increase in Mkt Cap compared to this one... not sure if there are other reasons, but seems that 2.10 is seen as a steal by their shareholders... Hopefully our board will be able to ensure we are not stolen.
