In its list of arguments for shareholders accepting the offer they omitted any talk of valuation. Simply said the offer is above what stock was trading at prior to offer..... vote no.

yes we are trading above the offer... they are not good at math... but perhaps at negotiating I expect they will start here and then raise the offer a bit... hopefully another company wants in. I will vote no as many times as possible!

Amaya just needs money, that's why they agree to this.  There's 50 cents USD cash on the books in IGG.  Pollard is absolutely trying to steal the company and paying us with our own money!
