All eyes no action lol!!!!

Love how all the "eye balls" are shown in the SH views section with no buying of any shares in the mkt. lol!!  Classic reason why retail investors always miss out - stand watching and then afterwards wish they'd bought.  Book value for III is ~$6 with a heads up having been given on the size of the now bigger resource. MP is actually producing with the tailings breach now going back to 2014.  Ugh. ....guess it's what happens when you cut out the CAD Investment banks: crickets.  Sip....sip...

Agentis Capital pegs the NAV at 13.65/share. 2024 estimates CFPS of $.85 and profit of $.41. Suggests we might be undervalued a tad.

Many thx Imp!  Appreciate their informed commentary and hope the site visit adds to their conviction. ......What a shame that when the debt was paid off with NCM's investment we lost the covenant requiring quarterly calls and access to management.  Very hard to get good visibility on MP let alone anything else.....
