Acuity Board of Directors...
...needs a major refresh.
The board hasn't changed since the first days and with the impending Nasdaq listing and much higher scrutiny (including from US hedge funds looking to go short!) me thinks a board refresh is in order. Need to replace some dead weight (won't name any names) with some higher profile/capable marketing / ad / tech folks from the US.
This is a no brainer and I'm sure the major investors will be insisting on this step ahead of the Nasdaq listing. Could be a small catalyst as well depending on the names they are able to attract.

Could get rid of Dent. If only for shareholder messenging. The guy is constantly selling shares.

I would pay more attention to the 4 co-founders who collectively I believe still have over 100 million invested. I am aware that the cfo has sold most of his shares for reasons unknown but perhaps he's buying a new custom home with the proceeds?

Nice synopsis jaybull79. Agree that 2021 should be exciting. There's also the possibility that one of the US companies comes knocking on our door as a suitor. Hope we hang around long enough to really make it worthwhile. Happy New Year. GLTA

Thanks retiredcf, always enjoy your posts on this (and other) boards! Happy New Year to you as well, and to all the great contributors on this board! BTW, the technicals are also looking good. You need a bit of a stomach to handle the volatility, but everything is lining up nicely for AT during this consolidation phase. GLTA.

"pump and dump". Perfectly executed. Congrats to all. I sold my shares at $21 and this bullboard laughted at me. Who's laughing now. The insiders cashed in, what more do you need to know. Shares will crater below $10 early in new year. Good luck to those staying long.

You like to pump EQ but Acuityads is cheaper using many conventional growth metrics such as price to sales, price to gross profit, EV to ebitda. Maybe EQ should strive to be ebitda positive before we make the comparison.

Quoting this from 12/30/20 as I have mentioned rebalancing on this board before. And when I say I sold between $25-32, that was only the portion above my sleep number. Long and strong AT. GLTA.
