Time to pay the fiddler.

Im not a basher. I know I said a couple of you guys or girls are pumpers. I`m still not sure, but I don`t think so and NPOP selling is actuall good and I don`t blame them , but when I hear a response of why management is selling is becuase they need money for the millions threy sold in Dec. drives me batty. They are much more intelligent to leave it to the last minute. Now for the selling. They can sell all the DPOP all they want, they deserve it. But when they sell into the fu**ken public market privately. What is that about. Now can we have a rational dicussion without calling me a basher. I probably own more shares than almost anyone here . I promise you peope I only want the shares to appriciate. So back to the question of why all senior management were selling into the bids at the lowes we hav`nt seen for a long time? If the profits were going through the roof ( very cheesie ,I thought), then why would they sell so blandantly ?It doesn`t make sense or am I reading too much into this? What would they need the money for unless Q 1 isn`t that great or something happened to their cookie senerio that wasn`t forseen? So why need the money unless they see things not goiing well for a long time which seems to be coming true.Only serious board people respond. Pleas keep it civil and if you don`t like me ignor me. This chart and I`m far from a chartist, but is horrible. It`s in a major downtrend and please (I DON`T WANT TO SELL AND MOVE ON)  If the selling was to free up shares for a Nasdaq listing, I`d be happier than a ripped boot in a mud puddle but someone on this boad said that wasn`t necessary. For those of us that aren't aware of the numbers of shares and the dates of sales since the February 22nd high point.... could someone post a synopsis for us?    I've seen tables showing total number of shares owned by insiders, but am unaware of the sales that are separate from the shares sold under the automatic securities disposition plans adopted August 21, 2020. Strong Buy.  Q1 Conference Call in approximately 3.5 weeks. IMO the selling is for their mental sanity vs. Volatility.... Imagine holding 60M worth in shares and a couple of weeks later it's worth 40M... You just lost 20M and then you got to go in and focus on developing illumin? I mean I understand some CEOs won't sell until they are worth billions but it's not for everyone... IRs answered the selling has nothing to do with performance to the ...more

BeatsBast... I agree, if the key players still retain substantial holdings then they have only diversified their financial resources which is prudent.  Unless many on this BB have over 95% of their net worth in one stock than they wouldn't understand.  One person I watch is Sheldon Pollack - Charman of the Board who has other significant investments outside of AT and accordingly has ...more
