Let`s face it, Hayek sounded 100% unprepared. He certainly didn`t sound in the know. Anybody think it was intentional? After all, it would cost a lot less to cancell over 5,000,000 shares at $2/share than $3/share or $4/share, unless his thinking is to stop an all out crash in share price at some point. Not even sure he has the capability to even process either of those thougnt patterns.

IMO - The best move the CEO made was to raise money during the hay day when the stock was in nose bleed territory. If it didn't have this chance, we would be looking at a penny stock. The company has to show profitability asap. They need to cut costs to the bone and just focus on selling and improving Illumin. They just granted themselves a bunch of rights at this ridiculously low
