INE takes a tumble

Anyone have any idea why INE took such a tumble today when the other renewables were relatively stable?

Because ine has no equity. It's all owned by the creditors. Take "intangibles" off the balance sheet and the shares are worth nothing. Can anyone explain to me what these intangibles are? I don't think they are anything...just put there to make it look like your shares are worth something

I'm not sure if what you say is true, but even if it were then that has been the case for sometime and didn't just happen today. So I don't think that explains today's 3% drop.

Total speculation at this point but what else do we have. Maybe a ratings downgrade in the works sniffed out by some institutional investors, or a possible dividend reduction, or bad Q1 numbers coming on the May 10th earnings release. Either way, Innergex has not turned out to be a very good investment over the past few years. That $30+ was the high point of the enthusiasm which has waned ...more
