Inovalis S.A. purchased another 76,000 shares this week. (Filings hit today.) Why others don't see them adding as a positive, I do not understand. I am surprised they have not announced a buyout price .... $2.00-$2.50 will likely be accepted by most. If someone wants to sell for $0.80 I guess they will buy some at that price as well.
