I see they are mostly focused on TENKE but    generally speaking they seem unhappy all around

you ask ...should we be worried here ?... that kind of political stuff , is always in the background  and it can happen anywhere , even in safe mining areas like canada and the u.s. , politics always comes into i , look at nak and alaska , for 1 example . i think ivn is sharing the wealth , so hopefully its nothing

the article is referencing primarily the cobalt licenses that Kabila sold for a song because he was on the take and the Chinese infrastructure bill.  It lliterally has nothing to do with IVN's deals which should be obvious because they just signed another deal on Kupushi a few weeks back.  IVN has/is giving their pound of flesh.
