What to do?

Still trying to figure out if it is worth a gamble if it drops below 10 cents. The ball is in the CFO's court. Does anyone know who owns the majority of the debt and what happens if it converts into shares? Does the CFO still have control? As well, is it possible for the board of directors to bankrupt the company and still have the CFO end up with ownership of a few of the assets and turn it into a new company?
