Canadian insider shows continued buying back of both debt and shares. They are also paying back debt with asset sales. There is a cap to buying back within a year period, so I do not think acquiring value assets is a concern.
If anyone has a fixed income then I would slowly accumulate it over a year period.
They should be able to increase the rent as current US inflation is crazily high.
As rent occupancy recovers, it is heavily discounted.
