The management payouts are ridiculous

I sold my position after the run above $12 - Subsequent to that fact I was disappoineted to discover the 'profit plan'. I thought that it seemed very opportunistic and unfair to shareholders.

Management has been a disaster for 10 years and they finally make shareholders a little money - So they decide to pillage the company's coffers? Makes Conrad Black look like a choirboy - Lets hope the OSC gets involved.

Bravo to Stornoway for blowing the whistle. I won't consider investing in this company's stock or its products / services knowing that management conducts themselves in this fashion at the expense of shareholders.
