Shockingly sneaky

The 12m management 'payout' they took is euqal to $1.40 per share - Effectively a dividend that the shareholders didn't receive.   Management decided to do it behind closed doors, didn't report to anyone and won't disclose information about it.     The board of directors is ignorant, silent or complicant.  

This is a huge potential problem for this company.
